SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within same business day to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been processed.

FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping all over the main land states of the US for Orders of $30.00 and above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you. International shipping charges varies from country to country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is, you can use the tracking no to check the order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tfhstores.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
