At Torero Fitness & Home, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase. We are also open to refunds.Simply follow the guidelines below:If in case you wish to return an item, the desire to do so must be expressed within 7 days of receiving the product.All product tags MUST be intact.Only the products in original condition are eligible for a refund or an exchange.According to our Return Policy for refunds, the shipping costs in case of a return or an exchange will be in full by the customer.Our Quality Assurance team/warehouse shall inspect returned items as soon as received. A refund shall be issued within 7 days from receipt of the return and the customer shall be credited the refund according to the payment method originally used.

Exchange

We have a no fuss exchange policy. If the customer decides that the purchase doesn’t fit or suit them, Torero Fitness & Home will happily comply and send a replacement. Please note that the return item should be in the same condition that we sent it in; unused and with all original tags attached.The requested exchange item will be charged at its original price and the difference in price, if any, will have to be paid for by the customer.Exchanges are subject to a delivery charge. The customer will have to incur shipping costs for both sides (i.e., for the return and the new dispatch items). The new item will be dispatched as soon as the customer ships back the return item for exchange. Product exchanges can take up to 2 or more working days.

Shipping

Your product will be dispatched from our Warehouse in 1-2 working days, after they are handed over to our delivery partner, you will be informed and given a tracking number, then you can track your order from the tracking page using the tracking number!
